| With
over 20 years experience in the health insurance field, Linda handles
claims questions and benefit concerns for both groups and individuals.
Employees are encouraged to call her for any necessary assistance.
She will answer benefit questions, assist in filing claims,
research any problems, obtain any additional required information,
file reviews and appeals, and follow through to resolution.
Linda will also contact the providers of service to advise the
status of claims that are being reviewed or adjusted. Employees
are kept informed and can feel confident that persistent personal
attention will be given to their individual needs. |

Forsyth
Claims & Benefits Specialist |
| Cathy
has worked as a customer service representative in the health
insurance field since 1995. Along with filing claims, reviews
and appeals, her responsibilities include answering benefit
questions, researching claim problems and contacting providers to
advise them of claim status. Cathy will follow-up as necessary
to keep employees or group administrators informed of the outcome, assuring them that
they are being given quality service. In addition, she assists with processing new business applications and enrollments for current groups. |

Accounting/Commissions Manager |
| As
Accounting Manager, Ruth is responsible for the bookkeeping
for The Cornerstone Group, which includes general ledger, accounts
payables, payroll, and bank account reconciliation. In addition
to her bookkeeping functions, Ruth is responsible for software
support of the personal computers for the office, as well as
spreadsheet and database design and training. She is also responsible
for tracking and compensating for agent productivity. |

Sharon has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry.
Over the years, Sharon has been our Bookkeeper, Commissions Manager,
and Claims & Benefit Specialist. She currently is in charge of producing monthly
statements and reconciling direct-billed accounts. Sharon also works with in-house
agents in preparing price quotations and renewal comparisons. |
