manager and is now a sales representative. She assists Carol Templin in providing
service for the largest block of Cornerstone business, as well as handling her own block of business.

Tom Thomas is a sale representative and broker coordinator who joined the team in 2004. He is responsible for working with current brokers and bringing new brokers in the Cornerstone Group family. He also services a large block of Cornerstone Business.

| Colleen's
main area of responsibility is to assist groups and agents with
all aspects of initial group enrollment, which allows the group
to have a smoother transition when selecting a new health insurance
carrier. Once a group is enrolled, she remains the contact between
all parties in areas of enrollment, billing problems, delinquencies,
and Cobra issues. In addition, she assists agents and existing
groups with their annual renewals and seeking competitive alternatives
from other carriers. |
